Is Goodwood laps of the track? Thatâd be pretty quick!

I wouldnât fancy an IM around Oulton or Donington.
They just feel like theyâre constantly up, or down.
I think the marathon I did there was 11 laps and I ended up with 140mtrs vert from memory. There is a drag up to the finish line but nothing crazy. Wind is more of an issue I guess.
Yeah somewhere like Donnie wouldnât tickle. Doing one at Cadwell would test the handling skills

yes Goodwood is laps of the track, for both bike n run.
Flat bar one minor dip that you only notice on the run. Got a be good glory time potential there.
255k or just IM distance option.
If you can manage this on a TT bike, fair play!

I can tell you from experience exactly how many run laps that is, so can Adam

It was just an even number of run & bike laps in 2022. Run was on a coned inside edge of track, bike all the outer. As with Ironbourne IM, a very well organised & recommended event. Kudos to the 2 main organisers.
