I’m still feeling a bit grotty, but i might toe the start line at 12.30 and see what happens. If my power falls through the floor or i can’t breathe, then i#ll just cruise it in.
TBH i felt better after my 10 min bike ride back from the garage this morning than i have done in 48 hrs. So fingers crossed.

no just a straight up cold. Snotty nose, sore throat and now it’s moved to my chest (asthma). Same old routine every winter. Nothing major, just made me feel really sluggish the last couple of days, coinciding with a manic week at work.
am actually getting tested tonight again for the study, so i’ll know if dirty Ron is trying to make an appearance. One of my mates has it. We were due to run together on Sunday, but i bailed as i rode in the morning instead. Lucky really!
