My scales are super accurate what you on about
I also save weight with my chicken legs - verified by my watts
Your cadence is really low though; I thought you had Jan Ullrich locked in your basement.
We’ll have dropped the 2 sprinters by then
Yeah this is something I need to work on/investigate…
Outside I’m 95+ even on long distance… I used to think that was better. But I think I’m creating alot more power on the grind - need to find a balance.
I cant ride low cadence outside AT ALL!
@Matthew_Spooner mentioned this ages back
I’m down at 80-85 indoors but am 90-95 outside.
I’ve signed up to B tmw at 12.30. We’ll see how it goes on the day.
Right, I’m too busy at work to real life ride tomorrow.
So what’s this B event you’re doing?
You could come in the A cat and pace me around
Here’s our lead out man @mw22
Think it was the 12:30@Dolphin, be there or be square
Decided to bin it tonight. I’ve endured 7 meetings and a presentation today. bleggh
Cat A?
What you and @mw22 entered in?
10 laps???
FTS
I’ll go into Cat B and see if @TROSaracen wants to chalk one up against me (2-0 to me so far )
It’s only 25 minutes. I might be out the back early doors if I’m still struggling.
It’s 27mins.
With rounding like that, you’ll be on a 55min 25TT soon
It’s the inertia of your turbo flywheel
I’m the same - spin way slower inside
I’m sure last week was 25:04?
Only another 90 seconds or so to hang on😂
A lap is about 2:30, last lap is 2:15.
So you’re going WAY fast than I am!
I had the lap jersey at 2:32.0 on Wednesday
Alright, maybe it is 25mins.
I can’t do the maths.
Too tired
Specifically, the lack of inertia, just be glad you can ride at all in low inertia situations, I just can’t, I drop to 1w/kg
Sick of getting beaten on Box Hill by the Jorganator?
