Yeah this is something I need to work on/investigate…
Outside I’m 95+ even on long distance… I used to think that was better. But I think I’m creating alot more power on the grind - need to find a balance.

I cant ride low cadence outside AT ALL!

I’m down at 80-85 indoors but am 90-95 outside.

I’ve signed up to B tmw at 12.30. We’ll see how it goes on the day. :face_with_thermometer:

A lap is about 2:30, last lap is 2:15.
So you’re going WAY fast than I am!

I had the lap jersey at 2:32.0 on Wednesday

Specifically, the lack of inertia, just be glad you can ride at all in low inertia situations, I just can’t, I drop to 1w/kg
