I find Vaseline works way better than Chamois cream - cheaper too.
Big tub of Zinc cream from the baby section of Boots is good too. Only a quid or two.
Sudocream? Isn’t that for skin healing rather than lubrication? Might try it as a substitute though
No, it’s not Sudocream, I’ve just been to check and it’s Zinc & Castor Oil in a white tub.
It stays quite slimy and doesn’t soak in too quick so keeps everything moving smoothly

Used a 3R Tour of Fire and Ice race to spice up the long ride this weekend. Also backed up a previous ramp test result and Bologna’s effort power wise. Tried to stay in the pack and not lose too much time on the lead in to the Alpe, giving it a few stabs up the climbs before hand, then just sat just below estimated threshold for the first half and ramped it up a bit from there. 3.7wkg ave for the climb for a 52:32, 23rd in Cat B on ZwiftPower. Quite a few sandbaggers and loads binned off from the results from Zwift where I was 60-odd place. Overtook about 80 up the Alpe 
Never really used chamois cream, 10-11 hours on the turbo for the past few weeks and some slight soreness but nothing to stop me riding for hours, bike fit is important
I’ve got a spreadsheet that someone posted on ZR or somewhere. pretty good for routes and gives a realistic climbing value not the “route” value, ie the two routes on Austria that involve over 400m of climb before you even start the 13km loop! I cant upload here but will put it on the facebook group if anyone wants it?
Four Horsemen is not that bad at least it is 4 distinct climbs. So far PRL full is worse route I have done, 11 laps of Box Hill. Slightly more climbing than Four Horseman but double the distance, by far the most horrible thing I have done on a bike. Not done Uber Pretzel yet though.

Yep, another one who just uses Vaseline. Haven’t needed it on the trainer though; keep it under an Hour, unless it’s the Alpe.
I quite enjoyed four horsemen. I liked how the climbs got gradually longer/harder.
London PRL is the one I’m really not looking forward to - think it might involve a VERY long cafe stop @ Le Kitchen.

I think looking at the new updates to the companion app - you can create meet ups which would avoid the long lead ins on the 2 Austria courses. You also then don’t need to wait for the world to be available - gonna give it a try tonight.
If they were just straight about it and said this route is 20 odd km I’d be fine but adding 9km (?) and the climb up that bloody mountain just to start the lap is a piss take!!
When I did the lutscher course I didnt realise. thought it would be 45-50mintues. Didnt budget for 1:45ish! Did help nicely towards the Tron bike though!
Did that one Saturday. Was alright. Meetups definitely make the time pass quicker when you’re chatting shit with clubmates
It does show you on the map where it actually starts (in white) with the lead in before (in blue). Not the distance but you can get an idea
What would be good; a route calculator where you can put weight, power, bike choice and the time from a previous course and it estimates your time for another one, so you can see if your 2 hour ride suddenly turns into 3.5 because you didn’t realise it went up THAT hill or had a half hour lead in
