Thanks for that fellas. Tough one for me trying to hang on to you A’s. 2nd time up leg snapper was tough and needed a fair bit of surging to stay on for the next few kms.
Sorry about dropping back. Those guys came through, it got all messy so I eased off a tad. It felt like immediately I was then thrown off the back. No warning, so couldn’t surge to get back on.
10 min and 20 min power records for the year for me.

Really decent riding everyone.
I was basically riding at FTP and feeling the strain when Glasgow caught us, glad of the liitle break while they went past. Then the red mist defended and I wanted to catch them and eat their livers

Great ride @gingerbongo we were both hanging onto @funkster and @fruit_thief. Third time up the leg snapper was really tough.

I was quite enjoying my usual “stick at one pace”
Then we got caught and I was 80 watts lighter.
Free wheeled to create a gap
Suddenly everyone else is 6 seconds back and I’m in no man’s land.
Being a selfish bastard and this being my hard bike for the week, I kind of carried on but didn’t up the power on the snapper hoping you’d catch up.
All was well and even despite the issues the laps were still pretty much 13 minutes with the last one about 12:50

116/247 teams in Frappe last night by the looks of things. Though it’s coming up as us having 5 riders, clearly we only ride with 4 
Eyeballing the results, there were only 9/10 teams above us with the same or less riders. So that’s pretty cool.
202/647 overall.
Glasgow Tri finished 90secs up on us. Started with 7 riders, finished with 5.

37:06 for 83rd OA and 27th in Frappe for us.
One of our riders had a couple of drop outs so we were slow on first lap to bring him back but built into it nicely for last 2 laps.

On Zwift power, Glasgow tri are showing as only finishing 23secs up on us.
