Yeah, seemed to have a misnomer ride in there - which I’ve now removed 
I’ve checked all of them manually now and they are all good for the past year.
@fruit_thief - Your 5min W/kg is better than 66% of ZP riders. So, for you, I’d say you need race with a five minute finishing climb, after being sat in the bunch all day.
Something like the Libby Hill after party would suit - just make sure to equip a climbing bike, as that’ll probably fair quite well in the bunch, then come into its own on the climb. (Although, even if it doesn’t, your 20m power being better than 76% of ZP riders means you should be able to stay with the bunch just fine)
EDIT: also, for the double crit races, just do the second one
People with large points might do both, be knackered from the first, so you can mop up their points in the second race.

Had a quick look at power curve. 1s and 2s bests appear to have been set last night, not at the finish but trying to bridge a gap that opened up mid-race. Pretty sure I was seated too.
This sprinting stuff makes less and less sense 
Just do the “Vo2 Microbursts” workout within Zwift once per week

So, my evening plans have had a last minute shuffle. A mate has begged me (sorry @Jgav) to backfill his team in zrl.
I’ve been running already today and my legs felt total crap. So I don’t think I’m going to be of any use!
Don’t worry, I found out that my team was auto deleted because I didn’t sign up enough people by the deadline 
I’ll look for somewhere else to race, or join the local running Tuesday intervals session IRL.

I’m not in any sort of form or shape to do anything different to what I normally do. Ride hard, hang on for about 30% then roll in solo! 
It was a lot more fun when I raced in cat C. Could do the effort to make front group and sit in. Still some mega power put out by those at the front if the race.
