I see @Matthew_Spooner just did a nice 12 run warm up, whilst I Sat a Mixed Model Analyses seminar, had last nights chilli for lunch, then removed the floor beading for the ply to sit under the skirting boards (#NoGap)

Cadence frequently in the 60s. Hence my point about being a low inertia rider. I can’t fathom riding with such a slow cadence

I am similar, cant spin fast, like to muscle out a low cadence .
Of course at my size on hills I have little choice. Even with a compact and 28 rear on steep stuff I will be in the 40s
I’d be fast if I went out dressed like that…

Hideous outfit Matt!
My PC laptop battery lasted about 60 secs watching Matt before it shut down . Currently watching a Skype presentation, so can’t be doing with more faff to go and plug it in.
