Virtual Zwift Rides

and now you can daisy chain 12 of them in a complete clock around your bike!

Thanks, but there’s a flaw with that.
You put me in a bunch race and I’m gonna come nowhere

That was hard, massively hard. Got dropped 5k in while climbing at 450w. Race basically goes 250-260w on flat with climbs at 500w. 340w avg and 57 place. Need to come up with new strategy.

E Doping? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Have been highly recommended that.

Out of stock last time I checked (in March)

Can anyone who’s ticked off the longer routes give me an idea on how long they took? I’ve done Watopia Pretzel (2h50m at 2.5wkg ish) and PRL Half where each lap was about 28-30 mins for reference

When buying the headwind, I would have got one of those if in stock. But as @adam says, they’ve been out of stock for over 2 months.

I didn’t want to wait, and in actual fact as mentioned, I really like the automated variable intensity of the headwind. As a clubmate who also has one said … the headwind is both seriously overpriced, and value for money, all at the same time.

I don’t regret buying it, put it that way.

I did the Uber Pretzel in 5 hours  Think @stenard did it in around 4:15?

No, about the same time. I think it was 5:15 including the descent of the Alpe, but that also factored in some toilet stops for the group

Might give four horseman a go this weekend, might give me a better idea for the rest. PRL full will be 6 hours i think

I did the watopia pretzel in 2:13 (221avg…3.25w/kg) (albeit in a group ride).
Four horsemen took me 3:13 (225 avg… 3.3 w/kg)

I really enjoyed four horsemen. I liked how the climbs just got bigger and longer. Tho I was also ready for it to end - the last 10k wasnt easy.

Not done PRL yet.

Got to Level 23 yesterday. I unlocked ‘solid gloves’. Wow :sweat_smile:

PRL half should take around 2.5 hours

I’m almost at level 20 which has taken 6 weeks. Probably about 1/10th of the way to 50? Isn’t halfway in XP terms Level 43 or something?

Just registered on Zwift hub and ticked off all the routes I think I’ve done - 49/67 routes but only 51% of the distance and elevation!

i htought you’re supposed to just wee yourself on long rides as a triathlete?!

Almost Lev47. I usually try and hop in a group ride, or do a course badge and use people to draft off. You get 1000 for getting to the top of Alpe if the wheel gices you something you already have. It’s actually worth the effort from an XP point of you, if you include the descent and the free 1000.

Finished Yorkshire routes today, had to do both of the little 3km routes and a longer one.

I think it’s 250 for glove or helmets or 1000 if it lands on the wheels? I normally do sessions up the hill (10-12xp per minute) and then free ride down for 20 per km

Level 29 for me. 30 is 20k XP extra but getting close. I’ve been on since early May 2015 in beta but doing a few km here and there. Ive done close to 2000km since lockdown I think. I’d done about 4500 in the near 5 years previous

I am level 26. Also a very early adopter (Club Jarvis), but in and out over the years. First 5 weeks of lockdown I rode a lot, but last few weeks I have been doing local loops outdoors and enjoying the change.

5,500 km to date. 7 days, 8 hours on Zwift. Ouch!
