Right calf went. Fortunately on the downhill, stretched it out and crawled home in 99th

There’s a theme there
Haha, I didn’t have the heart on the climb so eased up for tomorrow.
Saw a svelte looking poet going past
After dropping some Tinder bombs at the start
Last one was a struggle. Another 30 watts should see me right. 90 mins on the bike which was more fun than than Tempus fugit, again!!
I’m Twas just a warm up for the 41.4km London loop for me
Strewth mw you might have hit on something here
Down something like 90 points for 90 minutes of intermittent suffering!
Those fields must be pretty stacked if these are the scores you get for coming 100th
Effing box/leith hill
6:52.7
What’s your overall now?
I’ve just seen two of my results with similar numbers - there was defo a Bl13 rider in mine. Austrian guy. Must have been some units dishing out the pain
- Think those were my 5 lowest scores ever. All within 90 minutes LOL. Bonanza.
One of the BL13 guys is also a speed skater, that is a seriously tough looking sport, enjoy watching it at the Olympics. Usually have quads bigger than my waist, which is currently enormous!
May as well come and measure me up for a coffin
Not doing that again in a hurry
Mixed bag for me, first race was almost like tupperware, 150M and I was the only one there, I’d been just at the back of a small group and we had a bit of a gap. I’d have probably fallen back but might have scraped top 20, hey ho.
Cocked up the second race, was doing the bare minimum to stay with the leaders until they got a little break.
More bad tactics in race 3 with 1K to go but was still recovering from getting back on.
Head & heart weren’t in the fourth. Managed to gain 2 & 4 points though but a few of my scores will age out soon.
Ah he’s Danish, Michael Gamst. Seems to have raced for some former Conti teams
Yeah, think he’s got ridiculous watts! Some seriously good riders on the team!
He’s the massive diesel engine isn’t he.
Think his forte is just to constantly attack…he’s great to watch.
