Set up tested and working, picture looks great on TV, HDMI from laptop. Snacks in the fridge, wife away so complete freedom on set up 
Swim and 1:45 turbo done so feeling chilled.
Pumped for this, think it will be a barnburner.
Long turbo brick done.
Spent an hour on the loo as my body doesn’t seem to like my nutrition choices at the moment.
Cleaned out and ready to go.
Laptop into new fangled tv.

I’m on Facebook Ironman Now via my smart TV. (no FB account) all I can see is a 2min ad for IM and a lot of older stuff. Am in the right spot?
You pump your tyres up to race pressure overnight? I never do, just in case. I’ve definitely seen tyres pop at hot races when left in the sun for hours after racking the day before.

How did you get that? I thought I could but have ended up with the laptop into the tv. I have a new tv and would prefer it if I could do it that way
