Yep LCB looks to be tightening. Tracker has Haug to win by 3 minutes, but it also has Haug to run 2:45 and I assume she’ll have to slow from that pace!
Ironman World champs isn’t meant to be easy
The time gap on screen is a bit off. 3:26, yet they just went through a time split and it was 4:07. Definitely falling, but doesn’t appear it’s as bad as the coverage would have us believe?
I’m a damn sight better at this than taking part, certainly nailed the nutrition tonight
womens race is looking interesting.
Haug - amazing run style
Ryf - possessed
Haug has this, unless she’s got her pacing awfully wrong
I’m done - the two podiums looks mostly sorted, will have to see in the morning if I’m right.
- Frodo
2 and 3) TOD/Kienle
Women
- Haug
- LCB
- Ryf (less certain)
Goodnight, I’m done
Ben Hoffman is flying.
Ali is dying
Keep up you lot. This is just the warm-up for F1 quali at 2am and race at 6.10am.
I’m not seeing LCB on the podium. Still 15 miles to go.
Anyone know M. Matthews (30-34) the UK ager in 13th overall in the AG race?
Joe up to 7th
Lewis Eccleston in 3rd in AG.
Oliver Simon leading his (exPro?)
Frodo to get the record time?
Men’s podium locked.
Women’s, yeah I could see LCB falling all the way off.
Can’t see Kienle catching TO
I’m flagging earlier than usual
9:53 minute mile split just flashed up for AB.
I’ve normally quit by now as the result looks set but the women’s race is keeping me going. Not sure how much longer though as LCB going backwards at a rate of knots. Once the pass comes that’ll be me done.
