Brownlee and the MIGHTY Lion have been about 30 secs apart throughout the run, and plummeting backwards at a similar rate…
Worried about Lucy, maybe she’ll let Haug get to 3 mins and then hold.
Perhaps haug has gone too hard?
That’s where I’m hoping the effort in chasing will start to take its toll.

Compared to effort of LCB swim bike solo all day? Really hope I’m wrong but if Haug stays calm and paces it right I think she’ll catch with enough energy to keep going past.
Currie is runing really well, similar pace to Sebi and Jan
Haug looks so much more comfortable to me and with a faster pace
She flew up the hill. Lucy lost a lot of time on it.
Crowley looked good as well.

LCB looks tired. Still running ok but I doubt she’ll be able to go with Haug when she makes the catch.
