Probably standard maybe the bigboy one depending on my running.
Not loaded by any means. Bought with Kat’s parents so we sold 2 houses and pooled our funds (sort of) to get 2 small houses with nice garden & a field.

Field…!
No excuse for not running round it, hope your doing a bit and enjoying the new place.
Not moved yet, all set to go on Feb 12th.
This is at the back of the house - I even got a ride-on lawnmower thrown into the deal. It is a bit lumpy at the far end (nearest the camera) but I’m gonna mow a track into it and race my boy
That is some garden…!
Looks great, I loved it when my family all lived together, great days.
See you in March if the idiots behave.
Yeah, looking forward to us all being together.
Hopefully by March I’ll be nudging my 5k pb again (to get back on track, boom boom)
Hopefully I’ll be on a bike that fits me.
I love the track
Right, I now feel up for the challenge!
This “mob match” thing has spurred me into it.
We’ve plotted a course out - seems like a bit of a cheat, thoughts?
EA disqualify virtual race results with a drop of more than 10mtrs.
“Among those playing field levelling rules are: no more than three complete laps (no track runs); no more than 10m elevation loss; no digital manipulation of GPS data and officials may impose time penalties or disqualification of any runs with ‘significant unfair advantage’.”
Reckon there’s nothing wrong with it for pure “waving” purposes though
I have a 5km route in mind that starts at 150m and ends at 50m, planning to give that a go one day soon. Might even forget to mention the elevation if I post here…
Actually this reminds me of a run in Tenerife last year - in old run shoes and not really trying for a 5km PB or anything, just letting gravity do the work from about 600m down to sea level on a good surface. Made a huge difference to speed. Mind you, legs were properly trashed the next day
Cheat
If you don’t break your ankles falling 100m that is! ![]()
Cheers!
I’ll see what elevation my obviously broken barometer in my watch gives it
I had 354m for a 10m elevation run over 6km last night
Shame it couldn’t be broken the other way, because then your route would qualify per EA
Hey it’s not like you weight doped on Zwift or anything, oh wait…
Just riding round NYC bagel at 54kg now
Now trying my “turbo boost” bridge.
I’d usually be around 150-160bpm for 240W-260W
There doesn’t seem to be any restrictions on where your route starts/finishes so perhaps - as in Strava bagging - wait for a good taily.
Yeah, it’s a tailwind downhill on Saturday morning.
#DoubleDraft
Going to roll mine to next weekend, which will be 4wks since the last.
