2021 - The Weigh In Thread

85.2, muscle mass at 29.7

I found a tape measure in the bathroom this morning, so after figuring it wasn’t long enough for my penis I measured my calves and thighs - didn’t we have an TT1.0 thread on that once?

Up just under a kg from the last weigh in to 81kg, although I did drink my body weight in beer, and eat a bucket ton of junk from Friday onwards! Will try to get back on it this week!

I bought some scales at the weekend but they clearly need calibrating properly :sob:

Weight has been increasing since working from home. Time to sort it out!

Gone backwards, 89.0 this morning

72.5 for me this morning, after my breakfast and before my :poop:. So should be 66 later :joy:

I seem to have levelled at my ‘I’m not watching what I eat or drink at all, but i’m doing enough consistent exercise to level it out’ stage.

I think my lack of volume of the past 3-4 weeks and eating like I’m still doing 8-10hrs a week has something to do with it.

That and feeling pretty down about the injury and work. (all of which is totally within my control! arrgh :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:)

Same as last week, 99.7kg, despite getting back to a decent amount of training this week.
I think the fact I can’t run is a big factor, weight bearing exercise must be a big burner for my size.

80.73kg so dropped a little from last week, not trying too hard at the mo even though sub 80 is tantalizingly close!

I am at 71kg but definitely leaner than at the start of the year but still a fat knacker as they say up here. Upping my exercise levels, now I can run and get out on the bike for longer rides the weight should continue to come off without restricting what I am eating.

Properly lean for me is 65-66 kg

This week is the last week of StrongLifts 5x5 and I haven’t really gained any weight, fat or muscle, but I am lifting heavier than ever before and it definitely feels a bit easier so I guess ‘muscle recruitment’ is where the gains have been.

I am eating a lot, basically putting something in my face all day.

I’ve been careful with my eating over the last 3 weeks and I’m steadily chipping away. Down to 71.2kgs.

70 and heading in the right direction.

After making my daily smoothies more of a post exercise recovery drink than daily lunchtime drink, it made me realise what a beast of a smoothie I make and also that it’s a meal in itself.

72.5 kgs.

I think that’s basically me now unless something changes - volume of training up or a shift in diet. Neither are imminently planned.

A 1200 cal pizza after my run is not going to impact my responses to this thread in a favourable manner! :joy:
