Same again this week despite a decent week’s training. Bodyfat down slightly but not sure of the accuracy of that at the best of times, it’s a trend if it carries on that way though.

Steady away, stay focussed…
Just bouncing around 66-67kg having been 70-75kg for many years. Sticking with the intermittent fasting although it’s closer to 10-14 these days. Most aerobic runs are fasted ( usually before dinner ).
Just making sure I get enough calories to at least maintain as I’m doing a few strength sessions.
Dying on my arse at 97kg still.

Look on the bright side, in 100 years we’ll all probably only weigh about 3kg irrespective of what we do now

Yep. Spending 10 days awake and in pain, for 22 hours a day certainly help with the mental state, self-control or self-pity. Put 2kg on in just over a week.
