On nights!
Brain mush

I think this was some time ago, I turned the tv on and it was “ live”

Amazing speed and power.

I’m fairly sure fessed that he’d put a late entry in, or was considering it.

Got two mates doing it and their swim times are about 5 minutes faster than Copenhagen so I’m wondering if the current has helped?

Good time though

Jalabert is racing M50 but getting smashed off the leader who’s well ahead

Looks to be cranking out a nice pace early in the run 5m/km. :muscle::+1:

I was tracking him and another Joe by mistake!

Other Joe swam 58 and change but was on for an 8 hour bike?!

Boltonesque bike course?

Thought that one was fast ?

I’d guess around 1500 metres of ascent

A big climb up into the hills, the coastal roads are fast though

The lad I know has won M55 today, also won it at Copenhagen, he’s having a great year but puts the graft in.

Other lad did 9:55

Looks like a decent sized hill at the start of the run laps?

2 fairly chunky hills per loop it seems from the course profile.
