Today I thought it was a good idea to do Matlock Bank Road Hill climb on my tricycle.
It was the unofficial , unsanctioned, annual trike champs , and I won it by a second.
Pushing 44-25 up there was no fun. Cadence averaged 41, with a spell of just 10.
That looks like one fast tricycle 
What’s it like cornering? I guess you can’t lean??
It’s ok on left hand turns , but roundabouts are difficult. It’s a 1960,s steel framed Higgins with chinese wheels. I’ve done a mid 22:05 10 mile TT on it so quick if I can get it in a straight line !

Now I’m really curious… Why ok on left hand turns , but by implication not on right hand turns ?? 
Not sure, it might just be the way I’m wired 
56/44 on the front for TTing , 11-25 on the rear.
Tried to put a 39 inner ring on the front this morning but rounded one of the bolts and ran out of time 
12 hours this week!
I worked 77 hours this week, which is more than the previous 6 combined !
So quite proud to keep training through the tiredness that comes with working at night.
Mostly bike tri wise, lots of core and circuits.

Whilst going around a right hand corner if I remember the hill rightly - although not much of one, so I guess not a problem?
