That was main course. Mushroom arancini for a starter.
Did end up full but needed a coffee to give me a boost after. Didn’t feel bloated like after a while pizza. They’re all 1000 kcal++
Think mushrooms have less calories than happiness

Hmm now I’m looking at it, I think that’s probably way wrong. There’s no way I have lower body fat than you.
I’m pretty dense, that’s for sure. But there’s plenty of chub sat on the belly and arse generally.
Now I think about it. I’m sure I normally come up around 14%. That would seem more likely.

Whilst i just had a DEXA - I “knew” my rough BF % by 1-2% and knew I needed to loose some fat: 4-6kg. Simply measuring as above and tracking trend is all I need to do and will do in future. FWIW- my DEXA cost AUD$65
Well, one week of normal eating has helped a bit. Probably mostly water weight but just need to keep that trend up.
Am I the only one that finds some of these not help without peoples heights?

5’ 11 at 72.6 kg this morning. No idea on BF. Thought I might have lost a bit while I was away as I was burning a lot of cals. Aim is keep it around the 71-73kg range and if I put on another kg it needs to be muscle.

Isnt the thread really about recording your own weight so as to be responsible to yourself as you track changes? So the actual numbers don’t really matter?

196cm, 121.7kg, waist 114cm
Fairly happy with 0.3kg down this week, considering I ate an entire packet of cookies last night.
Week one complete, been back to a low carb regime and have managed to tough it out. Down to 93.2 so happy with that.
