I’m tempted to go for the qualifiers for draft legal sprint duathlon, will need to up my run game as I will not be able to rely on the bike alone.

I’ve entered Windsor. Nice and local
I was looking back at when I first did it; 2003.
It was also the year that 19/22 of the Elites were DQ’d for turning at the Sprint turn buoy rather than the full Gatorade Royal Windsor Triathlon 2003 Results (archive.org)

Everything needs to be ‘mobile compatible’ these days; although there are a few sticks in the mud.

Moving to Discord/Mobile is what saved this forum tbh.

Don’t know what I’m going to do, need some new inspiring challenges. Maybe time for bike focus, it’s been years. How do you get into long TTS?

Two pairs in my gym one mixed one two guys

Seen them train several times
They do 3 burpees each then change … repeat
They are rapid

The lunges 8-10 m each then swop.

Ski/ row 200 each I really don’t think either does ALL the station? The guy in the mixed does the bulk of the sled push / pull I think.

Doing the whole station and then running with someone fresh ?! Grim / slow af?
