I’m guessing there was a discrepancy in the swim distance at one of the courses as @Sparky was a few seconds quicker than Big Dave, but 640th out of the water.

In other news The Sandman sprint yesterday & standard today on Ynys Môn (Anglesey) both had the swim dropped due to sheeeeit weather & adopted a duathlon format…& also I’m guessing, the middle.

It’s lashing down - waiting for a few minutes before the off to get out of the car
Both wife and daughter have declared that they have forgotten their waterproof jackets and are now debating who gets to wear mine - ffs

I haven’t logged on yet as I’m trying to get out on the bike before the weather starts. Could Erkner be a downstream, can’t remember if it is river or lake.
I was supposed to be doing the 50M TT this morning but didn’t fancy the A66 at Keswick even very earlier with lots of surface spray and reduced visibility.
