Outlaw Half Nottingham Tri for me today with a run PB, 1:39:47 strava / 1:40.xx offical. Slightly annoying, guess I’ll have to do another one for an official sub 1h40.

5hr26 total time off Marathon training, four open water sessions and two weeks back on the bike. Suprised and happy.

Half Marathon PR within a middle distance/70.3 triathlon. Not a standalone Half Marathon (never done a standalone)

Gone a bit bonkers in the last 10 minutes and entered 4 events in the next 6 weeks or so.

2 * 25M TT’s - slow courses but a decent workout, one is next Saturday
100K Audax
21K trail race - noticed a familiar name on the start list (not TC for a change!) who should be miles ahead! Need to recce the finish after cocking it up last time

Takes me nicely towards late July, bit empty after that but got some maybe’s.

Would have been ideal but the day before the Cotswold Classic. Thats slightly annoying as only a few towns down river from me and its not an early start.

I’m looking to gar a Q for both the sprint and standard. I will have some to travel with me so 2 bikes are a possibility for Abu Dhabi

Not me racing but helped at our clubs pool sprint race today.

Massive range of people on town bikes with flat bars to fast people on TT’s with disc wheels.

TBH the beginners seem to be safer on the road rather than riding the racing line on narrow twisty lanes with blind corners!

Good to see there’s still interest though :+1:

There’s a process outlined on the IM France website that you need to follow - 2nd paragraph

All athletes competing in France, without exception, are required to hold a French triathlon license or a competition pass:

  • If you hold a French Triathlon Federation (FFTRI) license: Upload a copy of your 2025 competition license to Dokeop.
  • If you hold a license from an affiliated country (Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands): Get a free competition pass from FFTRI by clicking here (distance: XXL) and then enter your pass number on Dokeop. To receive the free pass, be sure to provide your ITU license number and federation when purchasing the pass.
  • If you hold another license or are unlicensed: Purchase an FFTRI competition pass by clicking here (distance: XXL) and enter your pass number on Dokeop.

All participants must upload one of the following documents to Dokeop before:
