Very Good going, imo.
Love the tracker it was saying predicted run time 6hr 05m out of T2, then after the first run split adjusted to 4h50 ish then 4hr30 after the second.

I find it crazy, all the things I have done today and he’s still going.
I did a really hard (for me) threshold bike session. Took an hour to recover and then realised there is 6-7 hours plus to go for those doing an IM.
Too hot for a run for me… had a weird episode.

I don’t know Bob’s bib number, so not sure.
I was also tracking a woman who’s friend of a friend, and she was within a couple of minutes of Pacha until 15km into the run. Looks like she’s still got 7kms to go.

Thanks guys, I saw some of the Total Tri guys but didn’t see @chickenboy Top bombing there well done.
I did the best I could with my fitness. I was hoping the wind wouldn’t pick up until midday so it would push me home. Well it did but had to ride into it a bit.
I will do a proper report but the crowds on the run were fantastic.
