for me it was the Pakistan javelin thrower - 3 national records and setting a Games record when he was not expected to medal. brilliant throwing. (caveat - I was a javelin thrower)
That’s what I like about the Olivia Breen win, nobody expected her to do it and it was just the unbridled joy when she crossed the line.

The sri lankan gettind a medal in 100m was pretty good as well.
