My ipad is all cracked as I have to balance it on the back of the frame element of the shed door. So if the shed shakes or someone opens the door it falls off!

I have one. I like it. I was contemplating upgrading to the pro version due to the integrated power and it cleaning up a chunk of power cables I currently have all around my setup. But I decided that was a fairly trivial benefit for a £75 outlay! Now OOS

Why don’t you use a bungee cord and some hooks to hold it in place? Your view of the screen will be slight affected but you’ll save a tablet.

I didnt want to spend loads on cricket kit incase I hated it or was crap. Went to SportsDirect for some Slazenger specials. Look like Slazenger has thrown up on me.
It will do for now. Probably not the best kit and wouldnt want a bouncer from the Hit Man Andy Roberts testing the helmet performance. Most of the stuff in there is crap and its very pile it high sell it cheap, but it has a use occasionally

So where’s the go to now for decent priced kit suitable for the commute and such.
Planet-x was often my 2nd option behind DHB; but the variety there seems to have completely vanished with just a handful of options in each category now.
Decathlon? Tho there prices seem to be on the rise as its more Van Rysel than their budget brands. They also seem quite partial to the colour black

I do check in there fairly often - had a couple of great buys. But the bargains seem to be fairly sparse (need to bulk buy when they do something really good)!
Galibier doesn’t seem to have huge variety either - though I guess that helps with costs.
Decathlon have some cheaper stuff as well, road jersey for £30, MTB shorts for £20, etc. I was going to get a few things for turbo, winter mucky riding. No idea of quality though, will need to see them in the store.
