Did a quick camera test today which was a good shout, as the first one you couldn’t see anything other than my chest.
Second one was better, so I know where to hold my arm and get my top half in frame.
At my ParkRun I also saw two guys with vests on with the HM I’m doing
Stopped and chatted and one is the organiser, which was perfect as we’d emailed each other, so it was good to put a face to the name.
All set now for tomorrow.
Legs are up for the day.
Nice hot bath later.
