Lucky to get away with that just been training my mate for hyrox Madrid this morning great runner but it really isn’t just a running race ( he fell to pieces On two stations ) at this stage he will go from a doubles podium to a DNF ?!

Obviously it’s a shame it’s not a towel. It would be a cool towel & you can never have too many towels.
The gym I go to has some of the flags on the wall, I guess it’s for a bit of a community celebration….or someone’s willy waving
