Just not for long, as its usually such s**t quality, that it doesnā€™t last past a few airingsā€¦ā€¦ :joy:

First time at an IM event. It really is quite a set up they bring to town!

Cascais is a great town for it too

V jealous

@Mr-me is putting in a great performance, especially considering all the stress before handā€¦ā€œjustā€ the second half of the run to nail :clap:

Currently predicting a 3:15 run! 15th in AG

stay for the later finishers in the dark, when they crank the music volume upā€¦ its quite an experience.

Yes, having a fantastic day. 15th M40 too

He should be in bed by then preparing for tomorrow :joy::joy::see_no_evil:

Also tracking a couple of club mates. The final split between 41k and 42.2k seems a bit weird on the predictionsā€¦only 43s estimated for that 1.2k!?!

Quite a short, sharp downhill from memory

But that timeā€™s still quite far fetched

I need to be after the last two nights :man_facepalming:t2:

Gonna try and grab a quick dip in the sea now.

One thing I would say is to try the local water.

Iā€™m pretty sure that the one water bottle I picked up on the bike tasted foul. Had plastic, bottled water on the run though

Couple of kms to go for our man - 9:45 ish?
