I am 1600 but bib numbers don’t seem to have been uploaded onto the tracker yet. You can find me on there by name, Jonathan Elliott.

Thanks for the messages! Looking forward to getting it done but full of nerves today

I’d forgotten how much walking was involved with a first visit to a city race, oops!

Everyone is safely through 93km on the bike, paces still steady

That’s an insane swim-bike from Dave. 5:36 and into T2. When I broke 10hrs there, I was only a fraction quicker than that on the bike alone :exploding_head:

A lad I know has done a 4:29 bike! Was a sub 50 25m tester though

He’s not running though, so probs went all out on the bike.

my friend Lunny, who is leading M50 has just ridden a 4:27…. and then banged out the first couple of miles at 6:47 per mile pace…. he’s a machine with a 3:47 100TT and a 2:24 standalone marathon

@elliott89 is flying out of T2 at 3h30 pace! I think he passed JD around 4-6km into the run.

And with Symes in everyone has got through the bike at what looks like we’ll paces efforts, averages at the start very similar to the final Avg pace. :+1:
