Blimey…what happened? Sam was in the lead and cam a minute down at 23k, now Sam appears to be out at 28k and cam is still in second!

ETA: Sam was walking after 25km (stomach issues) and Richard said he should probably pack it in and focus on Roth, so assume that is what he did.
Arthur appears to also be coach by Richard, so he seems happy enough.
