, it won,t do what it says & it and stops you pacing up and down

Bike packed, early flight out of East Mids in the morning into… a strike at Lanzo airport
Still recovering from the lurgy, a bad back (from garden landscaping) and an Achilles thats been troublesome since October
If you see someone with a bright orange tshirt snd pink K tape on their left achilles on the run… feel free to hola some abuse!

@davem make sure you take a good look at the corners on the Donkey Track on the outward leg so you know which one you’re not going to crash on while descending this time
