We can be left in absolutely no doubt as to the seriousness of your injury as you’ve missed the opportunity to post a trotter shot of your cankle.

(Obvs sending healing vibes your way :hugs:)

I’ve got a couple of niggles starting to make themselves known. Going to book in for a service with the physio.

Forgot that my work health thingy resets in the summer. So I’ve got £100 of therapy to burn through!

Our PMI renewed in March so I have just be presented with a bunch of excess payments needed. There was talk of them moving to Vitaliti but luckily they stayed with Axa as both me and my daughter have an open claim.

Need to decide which ailment to have looked at next, my elbow has been on and off dodgy and my knee hurts, then its fine, then it hurts. I am hoping its just some tightness in my quad

Hope it heals fast. Whats the local law like for prescribing yourself some anti inflams?

Is running allowed during Ramadan? Not that I believe in divine intervention karma or anything.

Arghh, good luck with the recovery :crossed_fingers: I rolled mine this time last year and I was thankful I had zwift and swimming instead.

My back is hurting, been sat awkwardly for a few days at the hotel and that and a combination of old age means it’s bloody painful :persevere:

Been foam rolling but it’s awkward to massage as it’s right around where the lungs are.

Can’t get a massage either but it should settle soon.

Can you get to a pool Jeff?

I am thinking of the hydro pool but it often triggers my sinuses.

Unfortunately the massage is booked up.

I really need to get back to doing core work

Can you get a massage gun on it? Might help.

That will be hard, I might have a go with the hot water bottle. Tennis ball against a wall helps as well.

Then I guess I’m just more flexible than you! Hope the tennis ball brings some relief. Been suffering with similar back problems lately, you have my sympathy.

Thanks, I’m not very flexible and don’t do enough stretching so self inflicted. It usually eases quite soon as it’s normally around my neck and shoulders.

Your climbing should mean you are flexible? Hope it improves for you as well.

Not gonna lie, I’m very flexible - most of my joints are hypermobile, to the annoyance of my physio :joy: Good for climbing though :+1:

Great for DIY

Woke up and still can’t bear any weight, or move it at all really. Tender area is in top of foot, in the centre near ankle, not at the sides. Not much swelling. Hopefully just a sprain, but got a creeping suspicion I might have damaged left navicular. It’s not normal. Going to leave it overnight and see how things feel tomorrow. Going in the pool was good but wife had to drive me there … 50 metres away :see_no_evil:

on the plus side, the oven chips were nice
