Sebi is biking like a man possessed. He’s got some super stretched out superman position going on, too!
Frodo is gonna get caught within 50km, then Kienle will be off the front.
Lange seems to be biding his time for the hot run.
Also, 1:13/100m for a non-wetsuit swim 
Frodo just came off the road and lost both bottles. That’s got to have an impact on a day like this!
The penalty is losing both bottles and riding a tri bike over grass.
He needs to get his nutrition sorted now, or the run could be interesting
