If I’d covered that recent training block (since 113 back in June) with that sheer consistency, then I’d certainly be looking for at least a 9:59.
Splits should be 1:03/5:19/3:28, leaving some transition wriggle room.
He’s obviously being coy about it, as he doesn’t want to jinx it, but it’s all about the run for him, IMO.
As for @Matthew_Spooner - I reckon 1:10/5:00/3:40, with some wriggle room for transitions.

I’m more concerned about getting a swim until the gun goes! As you say, all about the run for me; starting it at a sensible pace and then toughing out the last half.
Tbh it comes down to the run for most people, if they’ve not over biked.
Looks sh1t, do you have anything else you could ride?

Super9, PITA though, only just fits the brake, had to sand the brake blocks down to stop rubbing.

Blue Green algae levels have been stable for past 2 weeks, and are still well below danger level. Water Temp is also still pretty low. Forecast is warmer but not really hot, fingers crossed things are looking good
