Lakes are warm enough to swim in from late April / early May, so worst case is 6 weeks. Not ideal, but probably not a disaster.

I have been to sea on HMS Antelope (family day), then it sunk off San Carlos the following year 
toying with moving my lanza slot to bolton @ least i won,t lose as much on travel to bolton as against travel to lanza

I’ve got a fair while to see how things play out, but if there’s still restrictions in Europe but UK events are beginning to pick up again, then I would also contemplate shifting Vitoria to Bolton. As they’re the same day, it would make all my plans still hold. I really don’t want to have to shift to doing one next year.

A friend was due to go to Lanza next month, then race Mallorca 70.3. I have a feeling he’ll be out of luck

Yep, I’m now also seriously considering transferring into Bolton. There’s got to be about 0% chance of Lanza going ahead now. The only hesitation I have at the moment is considering whether or not things will have settled enough to allow Bolton to go ahead either.

I can’t see Wilmslow Sprint Tri taking place in four weeks, or Southport qualifiers in eight weeks.
As Stafford is on Cannock Chase, SSSI/ AONB, I think they’ll pull that for nature reasons?

Ironman have said that in all cases you can either do the delayed event, or the following year. I will just be doing Wales if they delay and don’t allow a transfer to Bolton (if that runs). I will then have to do next year I guess
