So, how are we feeling currently about the likelihood this is going to happen? I can only imagine IMJ will go into meltdown again once people have seen mention of potential local lockdowns in today’s press.

Bradford is pretty local.
I guess we’ll see, based on the numbers. But the optics and practicalities of encouraging thousands of people into a hotspot; for them to return home and potentially spread it to the four corners of the UK won’t be appetising.

Oh for sure!
The rhetoric is firmly putting “responsibility” (read: blame) on the public.
“It’s in your hands” (in other words, if it goes tits up, don’t blame Us - capital U)
But, they’re Tories and they’ve been far too Socialist this past fourteen months.
They need to turn off the furlough tap and get people back into work, filling all those hospitality vacancies.
Then start the Grand Plan of “levelling up” (read: f***** over all the Northerners who voted for them)
