Yeah, this came with the bottle, it’s just awful.
I just want it to free flow like the Trevi fountain into my mouth hole. But also not to leak

PTFE tape worked a treat.
Also figured out why the flow rate is so slow…
…that’s the “anti spill” valve, which allows air in to drink, so I can remove this and get a MUCH better flow rate, but some leakage…or I can just flip the top up when I want a big slug, or suck harder (oi oi!)

Judging by some people’s recces on Strava this weekend, that’s not far from the truth
I’m debating switching Staffs70.3 2022 to Bolton70.3 2021, if I can.
Year off long next year

Sean Burke … I’ll get his number, only met him very briefly, it’s another slower IRL mate that’s trying to get in.
