I KNOW

He should be Bolton Town Hall (or wherever they have it) right now :flight_departure::desert_island::moyai:

(Also, they got properly lucky with the weather. Utterly grim this morning)

Really, doesn’t look much worse near Bury than yesterday

Do you still pay for your Kona slot in cash, just so the organisers can give it out to the pros in envelopes for their prizes?

TAX FREE CASH :joy:
(PO BOX…DERBY…)

I love TAX FREE CASH and the ridiculous emphasis on it on C5, ITV adverts.

People who watch those channels won’t pay tax anyhow :see_no_evil::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

But no, it’s via card now (I checked for 2021, when 84th in AG got you a slot :exploding_head::scream:, but at least I got a new kitchen)

Weak people.
I’d have finished if someone had a tub or rim brake front wheel :sob:

Late to this show so catching up as usual…

Coming out of T1 I already had a flat I’d acquired in T1 FFS.
I suspect sabotage!
So can anyone vouch for Poet’s whereabouts Sun 6 til l7.30am? I need witnesses. :rage:
Either that or the puncture g0dz appear to have accepted Poet’s oblations and granted his request for retribution.

Despite the iffy weather and my inherent penchant for getting too cold after the sw1m being too skinny/crap/old, I survived OK without getting any much colder somehow, and 10 mins later was back on the road. (Rear!)
I was a tad p1ssed off unsurprisingly, and overcooked lap1 in frustration! WCPGW… :weary:

That was a poor show. I somehow didn’t crack my shins jumping out slightly to one side. and the marshalls on the pontoon (there were plenty of them) just seemed dis-interested and let others do the same, like they were there just to look at the view?? and nothing-to-do-with-me, you crack on mate, literally. Very strange as they’re usually so helpful. Like they were blind to the potential for carnage going on around them. :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

no one warned me, and I was hardly an early bird to the show

its old news now but not what happened from my experience. there were plenty of marshalls and I couldn’t understand in hindsight why thy weren’t actively lined up on the sides of the pontoon and forcefully making it physically impossible for anyone to inflict unwitting damage on themselves. ? anyway, like I say, old news now

mats maths are ALWAYS wrong. obviously its the first time they’ve ever done this…
