Just be REALLY CAREFUL of:
- idiot cyclists veering everywhere
- those damn cateyes. Some of them have been removing and have these like huge bolts sticking up out of the road. You’ll know what I mean when you see one
Just be REALLY CAREFUL of:
3. and NumpTs using tubs in the wet
Ouch
well at least he did the Run. No, Wait…
Great nutrition choice with the Clif chews and bars
What are the orange Nikes for?
I can’t decide if I want to run in the Next or 4%
I need to get DEEP
Next% = stability and traction.
I ran Outlaw 2019 in my orange 4% and fell over, pulled my hamstring and could barely run after that.
(It had nothing to do with the cold or total lack of training due to me entering on Thursday of race week )
I just love the fly knit uppers though!
At lasts years staffs - they rubbed the back of my right ankle raw - also had this with zoomfly3!
(I thinks it’s down to sock choice though)
Which is where the custom Next2% come in
(Although they’ve now vanished from the website)
Good luck on Sunday @Adam and @Toyota_Crown will be looking forward to tracking you both.
My calendar has been telling me all day that I’m supposed to be in Bolton. I’ve deferred and will toe the line again next year if I’ve got anything left in me.
I’m very jealous those 4%. I’ve used mine only sparingly since I first wore them in Bolton 2019. Reckon they’ve still got less than 150 miles on them. Love the 4%.
Adam, as someone who always has a running injury I’m also intrigued as to how your run training works out- I’ll see you in Tenby!
@Adam, good luck number one!
Thank you both.
Just finished packing the car. Got the alarm set for some ungodly hour for the 197 mile schlep north!
Those 4% have 82km on them. Still look brand new!
Balls deep or just the tip?
Balls deep. Always!
Yes, good luck Adam, I’ll try and keep an eye out for you.
Good luck Adam, have a great day
You here yet?
We’ve woke up to a grim day for a quick parkrun
I’m excited for you!!!
