Interesting. I just can’t see how that is the case knowing what the Tempo NEXT% feel like and how stiff they are, but then we all have subtly different shaped feet, etc, so maybe it’s individual

Do you have the Alpha’s?
Take a look inside and see how the laces lie nice and flat, if so.
One of my metatarsal bones, but just one, rubs right were the flat lace is.
If it were round, I’d deffo get a blister.
No amount of Vaseline would stop it, or maybe a bruise.

I found greepers much more like a standard lace than any lock laces. Can be a pain if you try and re-use them in a shoe at a later date when youve cut them to length.
But for comfort - I liked them.
I have XTenex laces in my Alphas. I saw Sophie Coldwell use them in her Next% at the last Superleague event. I couldn’t make out what they were so I was going to message her but that day she postage more pics of her transition.
The XTenex knots fit perfectly in the lace sections so there are no knotted bits next to the foot ala @Poet’s pic.
The laces are the perfect tension and easy to pull due to tongue set up

I think there’s a 20% code for Nike this weekend but hardly any Next2% in stock?
All the Next and Alphas are exempt
On the sun 3 marathon forum someone reckoned it worked with the original next% but there was limited sizes.
I’m hoping for a birthday code.
MAY21 is the code and just checked - works with original Next% £191.96
Also looks like you can get the Alphas in orange (sorry: Bright Mango/Metallic Red Bronze/Black/Citron Pulse) but not blue.

Tempted with the Alphas! The only other magic shoe I have is original 4%, with only 6km on them 
Haha, I can look like a twat running slowly 
and dream that one day I’ll be able to do a parkrun in them 
My original 4% have probably only got about 100k on them, maybe less.
Obvs getting them delivered to work so I can sneak them home one night
