Nike Zoom Fly/Vaporfly 4 and NEXT% - The Thread

This is my current quiver:

I tend to push my shoes to 800km at least. Some, mainly the pegs and kinvaras, make it near enough to 1k. Race shoes probably only 4-500km and the last NB fresh foams I had only about 600km. Trail shoes tend to go until the uppers are in tatters. Normally 600+km.

I tried logging in and also using the Nike app, but still get a message saying promo code not accepted .

So, that was a promo code sent to me because they failed to deliver next day.
Looks like it was one time use only.

Nice one, @stenard

My funds are taken by Wanda this month, so no nice pink shoes for me :frowning:

Seeing as have 2 pairs of 4% and three normal shoes, I don’t think I will need a new pair for a while.

Ah, right :flushed: I’m assuming that’s ok though, seeing as you said to try it?!
Certainly appreciate it. I would have said I’d buy you a beer (and more) at Staffs, but per the other thread, probably wont be doing that now

No worries!

It was expiring at the end of this month and I cannot drop Ā£240 on some trainers when I’m about to give Ā£700 to Wanda…

Did you pay for next day or is it by default? If I can’t get a birthday discount, I might try this route!

I paid for next day - they refunded my £4 and gave me 10% off my next purchase

You planning on kidnapping the postie?

Order the new release on Friday around 1:30pm - they will not make it from Germany to Castle Donington and then to your house in time.
No need for postie kidnapping…saying that though, leanhnp ordered his after mine and his arrived on the saturday…so did Hewligan’s.

The sales assistants instore use to wear them, then stopped because of it (I wasn’t moaning about it to them, honest, Guv!)

Code OCT20 now available for 20% off sale items. Just called Nike and they’ve added the extra discount to the ZF FK’s in my order, so that’ll be Ā£55 I got them for.

Some of you guys must have a 5-year reserve of Nikes built up!

Throwing my 2 cents in as a new VF4% owner, I’ve done 2 races in them and PB’d in both!

Initially found the insole a bit ā€œslipperyā€ and my foot could move around a bit more than I would have liked, but it turns out that was the Materials sticker giving me grief!

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who found this.

Interesting that of the top 5 runners on TV in the Cardiff HM (4 mile point), only one is wearing NEXT%. Three of them all appear to be Adidas sponsored athletes. Do Adidas have their own version now?

Very different in the lead women / top male AG group. Almost everyone in 4% and NEXT%.

Don’t know about Adidas but I’d noticed it as well. Think there was a lot of next% at the world’s last night as well.

Jeff

It was very noticeable in the world champs marathon last night that a huge percentage of the field had either pink or green shoes on:

Yes, I watched that too. Noticed a few still wearing VF4%s…old skool :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:.

Great run by Callum, what was he wearing? Seemed to work whatever they were!!

He’s sponsored by New Balance I think
