I tend to push my shoes to 800km at least. Some, mainly the pegs and kinvaras, make it near enough to 1k. Race shoes probably only 4-500km and the last NB fresh foams I had only about 600km. Trail shoes tend to go until the uppers are in tatters. Normally 600+km.
Ah, right Iām assuming thatās ok though, seeing as you said to try it?!
Certainly appreciate it. I would have said Iād buy you a beer (and more) at Staffs, but per the other thread, probably wont be doing that now
Order the new release on Friday around 1:30pm - they will not make it from Germany to Castle Donington and then to your house in time.
No need for postie kidnappingā¦saying that though, leanhnp ordered his after mine and his arrived on the saturdayā¦so did Hewliganās.
Code OCT20 now available for 20% off sale items. Just called Nike and theyāve added the extra discount to the ZF FKās in my order, so thatāll be Ā£55 I got them for.
Throwing my 2 cents in as a new VF4% owner, Iāve done 2 races in them and PBād in both!
Initially found the insole a bit āslipperyā and my foot could move around a bit more than I would have liked, but it turns out that was the Materials sticker giving me grief!
Interesting that of the top 5 runners on TV in the Cardiff HM (4 mile point), only one is wearing NEXT%. Three of them all appear to be Adidas sponsored athletes. Do Adidas have their own version now?
Very different in the lead women / top male AG group. Almost everyone in 4% and NEXT%.
