You know it’s funny you should say that…My right soleus was a bit tight after, and that’s not something I’ve felt before, at least not recently. But it went away same day.

I know it’s likely to happen now so I either stretch, massage and try and take it easy. Luckily I don’t use them much.
I think the next% might be better, they are very unstable at the back and me being a bit of a heel striker might not be helping.

ZF3 for 55 quid. Should have offered 50! Appear to run true to size for Nike, not a bit snug like the 4%.

What are the pegasus like Pete? How would you compare them in feel to the zoom fly? I was contemplating them at that price as well. The turbos with zoomx foam are also there, but about £100
These will be my 5th pair. I get 900-1,000km out of each pair. I’d say they’re a little heavier than the zoom fly, a bit more upper but a nice smooth ride. I’ve found them fine for all manner of work from plodding to tempo, even speed reps on the road and they’re fine. But they’re definitely not a racer if you know what i mean. I’m a big fan.
I was also intrigued by the zoomx, but like you mention, not for £40. If i wait until the next sale, that’s almost another pair of trainers.
Is it just my luck, but when I go to a Nike Factory shop, they are sh!te; basically just Nike’s version of JD Sports 
(Birmingham NEC this time)
The bad news is that that’s very close to me and I wasn’t aware it was there; the good news is that it’s shite, thus saving me £££
