You’ll be able to get ahead of her…
Unless she’s wearing alphas!
I wondered why she was looking taller then usual
Where’s that from?
Should be same date for Alphas and Tempos then, right???
On the App
I’ve got the Next and the Alphas favourited.
No date for the Alphas
Sweet!
The normal Nike App, not the NRC one
The women’s AlphaFly are also out on 12/09 at 8am…so…
So Alphas over Nexts?
YEAH!!!
For me, anyway.
I didn’t get on with the Next% - I could feel the plate under my toes at the forefoot.
felt really odd.
I also didn’t like the height/drop/stack whatever of them - they just did not feel quick
It’s only £500 for both
what if the Alphas are just as shit!?!
Which shows we’re all different. They were a big improvement in comfort for me from the 4%, and I really liked the 4%.
I’ll agree with this. The 4% “felt” quicker underfoot. But the NEXT% actually appeared to be just as fast in terms of pace v RPE. And when you added in the extra comfort and increased stability, they were a very nice upgrade (for me). I have never felt so good during and after a marathon as I was in the NEXT%, but then that is probably also a result of the training! That said, I didn’t get any doms whatsoever, which has never happened before or after any HM or above race.
Saying all that, once actual races look like coming back around again, I probably will try the Alpha’s!
I’ve got some Nexts already, this would mean a pair for longer runs and then a pair for Sunday best
My wife has single pairs of shoes that cost more than this
Send em’ back And don’t get a birthday code again
That’s not a reasonable justification, you know that right?!
You there, quieten down at the back
Is there a “buy Nike to help out” scheme?
No, but if PayPal is used you can do it for 0% over 4 months
… i’ve just had the ‘extra’ money from the remortgage land in my account today. The credit card overspend on the house extension is now paid off, but for whatever weird mortgagey reason i (we) now have a few k ‘spare’. It’s not spare at all, as we’re paying for it over the next 25 years!
But the account has money in it! New shoes day!?
(that is a massive joke Mrs GB if you ever find your way onto here!!! )
Pay it back to the mortgage!
Look on the Key Facts document and see how much you’re paying back per pound borrowed.
Say it’s £1.30 per £1 borrowed…£200 = £260
