Started the 16:8 last Thursday, after Mullet Man mentioned it the previous day, so nearly a week in now
Been going well, just starving for around four hours every morning
I doubt a brief 1500m swim stretched me in anyway.
Same as I wouldn’t eat before an hour ride to work. Or a 2.5hr run to work
I’d never call that “fasted” or anything - just time efficient
My body has enough fat to use if it’s that hungry
Plus … coffee = appetite suppressant
