I always get jumbo oats. Lidl are doing the big 2kg bags of Mornflake ones atm as a special.
Both, surely?
Only after swimming 5km in 2hr session
If I’m in a developing country, definitely not the 25g of fibre.
Chile “pan y palta” is a breakfast staple, rich poor or otherwise! but you can buy 1kg of avocado for about a pound
Bullshit there is 25 grams fibre in that
bullshit, certainly will be all shit with that much fibre.
There are, they dropped it on the floor and there is a big hair ball stuck to it
Both, and that’s a one hour run covered.
Still need three square meals.
And dessert
Coincidentally I’ve really gone for it today.
Coffee, croissant, pan au chocolate, banana, cappuccino, sausage, scrambled eggs, two hash browns, two bacon rashers, baked beans, cranberry juice, coffee, salmon and cream cheese sandwich, green thing drink, coffee, double wispa, two shortbread biscuits, pint of cider, steak pie, mash, peas, cheese cake, and still trying to polish of a Malbec and cheese/charcuterie board.
But it did fuel a 30 min easy jog around a castle so. ![]()

Lunch: cold baked potato au natural, plus a cheese toastie with chilli sauce and lettuce (was still hungry after the spud)
Afternoon: packet of snacky breakfast bar things
Evening: hot cross bun, wedge of cheddar, bowl of granola, 2 cups of tea, about 10 After Eight mints ![]()

I don’t know why, but your watch strap triggers me.
where’s the little buckle you thread it through? It could just come off your wrist man!
I thought exactly the same. And I’ve had that same little gizmo break on a number of garmin straps. Then it catches on your sleeves all the time.
I normally replace with one of the girls’ hair bobbles for a while before I get around to buying a new strap! ![]()
