Not when I’m running 81 for a half and 37 for 10km.
Loads of people managed a sub3…but I notice they all have low numbers, so may have set off on a less congested course?
Also, I only managed four gels, loads of water and 4 cups of Coke.
For the 113 half, I managed a gel. One gel.
For the Wilmslow Half Marathon, all I had was water.
I need to up my “moving buffet” game
