Theyāre behind the drag curve probably. UAE have the money, and maybe they train in locations/countries where they are somewhat shielded.
For example, during most of Boltās career, the Jamaican ADA didnāt even exist iirc. They certainly didnāt test.

Was very much reminded of Lance riding up Alpe de Huez yesterday. The dominance , the physique, the pedal stroke, the climbing a mountain in yellow.
In terms of āis this enhanced?ā question, Iām in the innocent-until-proven-guilty camp. So far so good.
