Didn’t they try to challenge the use of Roubaix as a fabric name?

I think it was a small bike shop/ cafe called Roubaix they tried to shut down.

There were at least two cases. one was a cafe called Roubaix, I think in Canada and I can’t remember the other case.

There was also a case of Shane Miller ( power meter YouTube-erer) who started a video news series

Called ā€œDaily Pelotonā€ so Peloton tried to sue him.

Pog reckoned he was cooked from chasing on, but his ā€œcookedā€ is still strong enough to be in the final two man group arriving at the velodrome first
