All this is just going to be shameful history for the sport, how is this going to be swept under the rug (assuming his innocence)? If Sam dominates it’s all we’re going to hear for years, triathlon will suffer.

Interesting that on Fitter Radio they mentioned thwt it seemed a few eyebrows were raised by his Kona performance last year amongst the pros. He does seem to have had a rapid improvement. I probably wouldn’t have noticed if he hadn’t mentioned the investigation.

Els Visser is becoming my favourite female pro. I’ve shared her story on the shipwreck and survival swim, now just found out her pedal broke at Nice when she was with Anne Haug, she rode the remaining 35km single leg pedalling and still ran a 3:14 to finish 15th.
