I think there was a group of 12 out of the swim almost together, AB near the front as usual.
Run is also loops of the track I think.

Looks like a group of four now up front. It’s still bloody dull viewing on this track. So much so that I’ve got this on the iPad and crufts on the big TV

It’s as warm as Yorkshire
None that you can see. I guess there’s some in the transition area or under cover out of the sun. But like in previous years it looks empty. You could hear lots of shouting as they came into T1 earlier so there are some people, somewhere.
When is Ali going to get cramp, pull his hamstring get heat stroke ?!

Look much much better, he’s raced well so far
All is struggling. Walked the aid station, then looked behind him when he set off running again.
Ditlev is also looking at a bit tatty as well? Maybe just his running style 
Ali should stick to Magnus’ and hide behind him into the headwind.
