I listened to the most recent one out of curiousity. As they describe it their “crime” sounds fairly innocuous and they seem to have learnt from it. Using it as a stick to anonymously beat them with months later seems a bit unfair

Just had a listen, sounds ok to me. The name is a bit of turn-off though & I would not have listened unless someone suggested. To me “mockery” suggests satire and while a bit of that’s ok, I wouldn’t listen to a tri podcast that was just satire. Also would have had no idea joe skipper was involved.
Edit: They should maybe rebrand: Three sports, two blokes, one skip. (Or something. Your welcome)

A lady joined our tri team, Armanni Antoine-Chagar. I just went swimming with her to show her the Zugersee… I was so far behind that I thought that something had gone wrong with my swimming, however, when I looked, I was swimming a pretty normal 2m/100m, its just that Armanni was swimming sub 1:30/100m. When I looked at her swim on Strava, I have never seen such a straight, perfectly sighted swim
She mentioned that she used to be a triathlete, but hasn’t raced for 10 years, so I did a little googling. Looks like she was one of the top junior triathletes in the UK. Was wondering whether @explorerJC, @Hammerer or someone else who was close to the junior scene came accross her in 2011-2013

How many Cat 1 races do Ironman have a year? Is it just the regional champs?
Seems odd Ironman have chosen to put Des Moines on ironman live rather than Cairns (the Asia-Pacific champs), especially with a decently stacked male pro field.

I guessing that they see the USA as their target market? I’d rather watch Dede and Greg ask who this AG pommy male is swimming with the pro females at Cairns, then go on to how important it is to get the blood in your legs when you er… stand up

I did follow him for a while and he seemed to be following all kinds of diets that might have contributed to that.
